onVisit versions newer than 5.7 require 64 bits b-pack for print to function. 32 and 64 bits versions can exist side by side on a machine, so installing 64 bits is a task that can be done before the actual onVisit upgrade.

Install it with default settings from installation wizard. 

Optionally, after the onVisit upgrade is completed, you can uninstall the 32 bits b-pack. You can find it under Apps and Features:
